Baby Foods And
Great Baby Recipe Books

A varying selection of baby foods is a brilliant way for children to learn, food stimulates your baby’s sense of taste and smell.

Give your baby a wide variety of tastes and textures to experiment with and see how your baby reacts to different foods and flavours.

Using fingers and hands to eat is natural and beneficial for your baby, and should be encouraged.

Foods for baby should be fun, colorful and tasty.

All to often, fussy eaters come from a background of eating boring, dull and tasteless baby foods.

But eating isn’t, and shouldn’t become a challenge, gone are the days when children are made to eat every scrap on their plate. For many this ‘old fashioned’ approach to eating has given so many children and adults, a fear of food.

In our nursery, we use some fantastic baby recipe books to cook exciting meals for the children.

It even got me trying new things, so you are never to old.

Here are some my favourite baby and children recipe books that I have chosen for the Baby Foods Section, of my All Our Education-Games-For-Kids.com Shops

I also came across this article at EzineArticles.com called Healthy From The Start: An Intro To Solids

Healthy eating from the start gives strong foundation for healthy development.

Teach your baby to eat a variety of healthy foods from the beginning to let her learn about flavours and textures.

Sometimes, it may take several attempts to have the infant accept a new food...

So do not give up if she wrinkles up her nose at the peas or beans that you prepared for her!

Home made baby foods allow parents to be in total control in regards to what ingredients go into their children's bodies.

That may be one reason for why some parents select to prepare the baby meals themselves.

Others like to express their love by making food, or simply save some money.

Whatever your rationale for deciding to prepare your infants food at home, review the recipes below Try them out, or come up with your own!
