At this stage children continue to enjoy co-operative and social play, incorporating children’s versions of adults sports and outdoor activities.
More advanced construction play is also a great addition.
They are more aware of skill and strategy board games and other games that increase planning and thought.
But they still need your helping hand with activities...
If you are not going to give up some of your time to help them set-up, work-out or just to be a support, then don’t buy the game in the first place!

While there is a need to make sure that they do well in school, there is a bigger need for them, that is, that you help them with their hobbies.
Their hobbies are a stress relief from their worries, and can also build confidence and help them interact with other children and adults. Hobbies can even help them with their future career choice. Just look at Bill Gates.
